Assisted Purchase

If you don't feel comfortable paying online or you live outside the USA and do not have an American Creditcard we can shop on your behalf and purchase what you need. You will  send us money by wire transfer, once we have received it we will purchase your selected products. Not only we can purchase items online we can do it in regular stores too.

1. Tell us what products you want to purchase

Give us a description, quantity of item desired, product number, and total price including shipping to our warehouse. You can do this by placing your selected items into a shopping cart on your favorite website, go to checkout, enter our shipping address. This will give you the total cost. You will enter all the information in your account by creating a new ticket. Register Today!

2. We will check availability

We will check if the products are available and we will email you total price including our fees. If you have enough money in your deposit we will make the purchase immediately. Otherwise we will notify you as to how much you still owe.

In case some of the items are not available we will purchase what is available.  Fifty percent of your order must be available otherwise the order will be canceled. If most of the items are not available we will send you an email.

3. We will purchase products and ship them to you.

Once we receive your products in our warehouse we will calculate the shipping cost for sending packages to your address.

• The cost of our assisted purchase service is €6.50 (plus cost of purchase, sales tax, shipping).  The price applies to 10 unique items of the purchase. For example if you plan to purchase 15 unique items the price will be two times €6.50 (€13). If you purchase hundred of the same item the price remains €6.50.
• Shipping cost depends on the shipping program you have activated. You either pay for each INDIVIDUAL Service or we can consolidated packages in a  GROUP Service. When you utilize the assisted purchase option, be aware that some sellers might send your items in multiple packages. We have no control whether they pack it into one box or multiple boxes because of this it is recommended to sign up for hosted mailbox where you can consolidate packages and save on shipping.
• We charge 4.3% fee to cover fees on Paypal, credit card or $16 wire transfer fee or $10 Western Union Fee. We also charge 3%-10% commission from the purchase cost, which covers services related to the purchase.
• Free updates on status of your order. No fees if order is cancelled by merchant (for example if product is not available).
• No risk for you. If we don't receive products from merchant you will get a refund.
