Shop online and have the package(s) sent to our address. We will forward individual packages to you. Each package is sent to you exactly as they come.
How it works
- You will pay for each individual package we receive and forward to you. The cost is €5.50 per package plus postage.
- You can always log in to your account and select the shipping method for each package. Actual postage will be recalculated instantly.
- Your account will show you the actual amount of your deposit. This is where you can also fill out the customs declaration for each package (value, description of goods, etc.).
- Whenever we get a new package, we will send you an email notification.
- We can try to make a package smaller to fit USPS size limits. Use Special Request on your account for that.
- Whenever we send you a package you will get an email with notification and tracking number.
- INDIVIDUAL service does not offer consolidation of packages (merging several packages in to one bigger package). Please select Group service if you need this service.
- Extra surcharge for heavy packages over 30 pounds is €7.50, over 70 pounds - €18, over 100 pounds (freight manipulation fee) - €27 and over 150 pounds - €42. Overweight fee is charged even if the package is trashed.
- Customer should have enough deposit on his/her account so we can forward a package within 7 days after we receive it in our warehouse. Otherwise we charge storage fee €1-€5 (depending on the package weight) every day.

GROUP service - Unlimited size only €50 per year or €10 per month
GROUP allows you to save on postage. We will consolidate packages for larger shipments. For example: instead of mailing three packages, we will put them all in a larger box and ship them as one package. The cost is €3 for each additional package merged up to maximum fee of €12 for one time repacking. If you want to add an additional package to an already merged package, the fee is an additional €3.
For example:
-If you send just one package we will mail it to you for a fee of €5.50.
-If we merge two packages, you pay only €3 for merging and €5.50 for mail out. If we merge three packages, then you pay €6 for merging and €5.50 for mail out. If we merge 10 packages at the same time, you pay €12 for merging and €5.50 for mail out.

- All packages are stored for free for 45 days after we receive them. If the package cannot be sent in the time limit of 45 days we charge an additional storage fee €1-€5 per package (depending on weight) for each day.

Other charges
Insurance. If the cost of insurance is over $500 and we have to personally go to the post office we charge an additional $10 fee. Otherwise we charge exactly what the post office is charging for insuring your package. USPS insurance is very inexpensive. DHL is including the cost of the insurance in the postage cost.
Oversized packages (shipped by container or pallets) are quoted separately (storage and shipping cost)

Merchandise that is not allowed to be shipped through our services
The following list is a non-exclusive sampling of items that are either restricted, cannot be shipped or, depending on your destination country, may either require an import license, additional documentation and/or cause problems and delays during the customs review of your shipment:
1. Combustible/flammable items (paints, oils, lighters, perfume, nail polish)
2. Any type of pressurized can (hair spray, shaving cream, spray cans of any type)
3. Hazardous materials (matches, chemicals, explosives)
4. Firearms, weaponry and their parts: military, police and tactical equipment of any kind, including guns, gun replicas, gun accessories, gun components (magazines, clips and rail systems), ammunition, knives, swords, compound bows, crossbows, discharge weapons such as shock batons or stun guns, tooling for guns or gun parts, optical scopes, laser sights, night sights, night visions goggles, handcuffs and other restraints, surveillance equipment.
5. Agricultural products such as tobacco, plants and seeds.
8. Animals and products made with animal skin (furs)
9. Alcohol (BuyUsa-Online.com can ship table wine in limited quantities to most countries except Muslim countries such as Saudi Arabia)
10. Cash, currency, money orders, cashiers' checks, bank drafts, bearer bonds and collectible stamps and coins. Jewelry and precious stones are (a) restricted to some countries and (b) can only be insured up to $500 maximum and any shipments of jewelry in excess of $500 carriage limit is uninsured and Member assumes all risk of loss above such limit

12. Prescription and/or veterinary medication
15. Government IDs and licenses, or items that claim to be, or that look similar to, government identification documents. This includes uniforms and badges or patches designed to look like official government issue.

What is considered to be hazardous material?
As of June 2002 we are no longer permitted to ship hazardous materials. Some example items that cannot be shipped are hair spray, oils, spray paint, and any other flammable or pressurized merchandise.
